" <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote . (MINUTE ORDER NO , 74-21 ) <br /> Oral Communications <br /> Roy Singley , 1785 Maryland Street , Redwood City , asked about the status of <br /> investigation of the nuisance he reported regarding outdoor car repair and <br /> associated activity at 1779 Maryland Street , City Manager Fales and City <br /> Attorney Schricker advised that surveillance was required and reports from <br /> the Zoning Office and from the Police Department would be forthcoming soon . <br /> Mr . Schricker also advised that in the event it is determined that no public <br /> nuisance exists , there is nothing to prevent Mr . Singley from seeing his own <br /> attorney and seeking a solution to a private nuisance . <br /> Legislative Committee Report 74-2 re Parks and Recreation <br /> Councilman Henderson requested the City Clerk notify the Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission of the Council ' s action in opposing AB 1367 regarding Park Land <br /> Acquisition .
