Fales also announced that an all-day program is planned for Saturday , March 9 for dedication of the new Community Center . City Manager Fales advised that he has received registration material for the Congressional- City Conference of the National League of Cities in Washington March 3 through 5 , 1974 . Mr . Fales asked that those who will be able to attend let him know so that they can be registered . Executive Session Mayor Keckley advised that the Council will adjourn to executive session and will reconvene only for the purpose of adjourning . The Council adjourned to Executive Session at 11 : 05 p . m . Adjournment MOTION : Councilman Henderson moved , seconded by Councilman Rhodes , to adjourn .
