She noted that <br /> Mr. Bishop requested an opportunity to discuss <br /> � the matter with the Council. �"� <br /> � Mayor Weymouth observed that it is the consensus <br /> of Council that a report be requested from staff <br /> regarding the Harbor District before it is de- <br /> ¢ termined whether or not any presentation will be <br /> placed on the Council Agenda. <br /> � (Memo 7/23/7�) <br /> General Revenue Sharing - proposed reorganization <br /> Councilman Henderson stated that she has learned through <br /> the National League of Cities that the Congressional <br /> a committee handlin� general revenue sharing may be <br /> changed and that Chairman Wilbur Mills of the Ways and <br /> Means Committee is reported willing to give it to the <br /> � Governmental Operations Committee . Councilman <br /> Henderson stated that it is important that if the sub- <br /> � ,�ect of general revenue sharing is transferred that <br /> the committee which will have authority over it also <br /> have the authority to extend it. <br /> � <br /> MOTION : Councilman Henderson moved, seconded by Council- <br /> s man Leipzig, that letters be sent to Congressmen Leo �-� <br /> � Ryan and Faul N.
