Councilman ! <br /> Conway observed that it is in the interest of <br /> Redwood City that the street remain open and urged <br /> , the Redwood City Council to intervene before ' <br /> Atherton holds its July meeting. <br /> In response to statement by Assistant City Manager ; <br /> Smith that City st�ff has had no knowledge of the � <br /> Oakwood Avenue situation, Councilman Barrett indi- <br /> cated he and Councilman Cor�way had discussed the , <br /> matter and he had brought the matter to the atten- <br /> tion of City Manager Fales who advised that a <br /> resolution was the form by which one City Council ' <br /> might address another. � <br /> Councilman Conway advised that there is only one i <br /> resident of Atherton whose residence is on Oakwood <br /> Avenue who wants the street paved, other property � ' <br /> owners on the street being opposed to it.
