L. < Kuebelbeck to make a presentation regarding General Im- provement District No. 1-6�. � ,� J. L. Kuebelbeck called attention to his "Program Anal- . �j ys s D agram, Redwood City GID No. 1-E�" displayed on the wall. Mr. Kuebelbeck stated that the Diagram is designed to indicate the relationships of actions and the impact on timing of decisions wi.th regard to various aspects of development in Redwood Shores. He observed that the assessment and taxation process remains fixed and the City decision process must occur before any action is taken. He ga.ve exa.mples with regard to certain actions and moved pa.rts of the diagra,m to indicate the subseqent events which would take place . Discussion followed and Mr. Kuebelbeck responded to Coun- cil questions concerning issuance of authorized bonds, ° specific examples, and timing with regard to commencement �` of the process until certain construction mi.ght be com- � ple ted. � � ' In response to request, Mr. Kuebelbeck stated he expects t to be able to have the diagram posted at City Ha.11 for , i examination by anyone interested.
