"�'' <br /> . �:.�. <br /> Award of bid - <br /> ' City-owned surplus property <br /> � City' Manager Fales referred to his regort of August 23, <br /> ' 1974 regarding the sale of surplus City property and <br /> � recommending a public auction be held since no bids <br /> i were received on the advertised property. <br /> ' Assistant City Attorney Maloney advised that while two <br /> � parcels of surplus City property were mentioned in the <br /> i City Manager' s report of July 17, 19?�, the resolution <br /> � adopted at that time referred only to the parcel at <br /> � Middlefield Road and Pine Street.
