H. ny er Company - Mar n Su vision No. �) <br /> � <br /> k City Mana,ger Fales recalled that consideration of the � <br /> � sub�ect application had been continued from the regular <br /> � Council meeting of August 26, 197� pending receipt of the <br /> � subdivision agreement by the Council. `'"�" <br /> � Assistant City Attorney Maloney advised that the revised <br /> � agreement delivered to Council members is the proper form <br /> g of the proposed agreement and does not contain the refer- <br /> � ence to box culverts mentioned in the original agreement, <br /> � <br /> � copies of which were not distributed to Council. Mr. <br /> Maloney stated that the reference to box cuiverts was <br /> � eliminated, since the storm drains are the responsibility <br /> � of the homeowners association. <br /> � <br /> � In response to question, Henry Richman representative of <br /> the J . H. Snyder Company, a vise at the Norpen Develop- <br /> � ment Company referred to in the proposed resolution is a <br /> � subsidiary of Loews Corporation and is the developer, <br /> f while J . H. Snyder Company is the contractor. <br /> � <br /> � Councilman Henderson called attention to the reference to <br /> � the 26th day oF August contained in the agreement and <br /> � observed that such references should be corrected to re- <br /> flect the actual date the agreement is approved. <br /> � In response to question regarding surety bonds and in- ""`� <br /> surance, Mr. Richman advised that they cannot be obtained <br /> until the final map is approved but that he does not �.. <br /> anticipate a.ny difficulty.
