H. ny er Company - Mar n Su vision No. �) � k City Mana,ger Fales recalled that consideration of the � � sub�ect application had been continued from the regular � Council meeting of August 26, 197� pending receipt of the � subdivision agreement by the Council. `'"�" � Assistant City Attorney Maloney advised that the revised � agreement delivered to Council members is the proper form g of the proposed agreement and does not contain the refer- � ence to box culverts mentioned in the original agreement, � � copies of which were not distributed to Council. Mr. Maloney stated that the reference to box cuiverts was � eliminated, since the storm drains are the responsibility � of the homeowners association. � � In response to question, Henry Richman representative of the J . H. Snyder Company, a vise at the Norpen Develop- � ment Company referred to in the proposed resolution is a � subsidiary of Loews Corporation and is the developer, f while J . H. Snyder Company is the contractor. � � Councilman Henderson called attention to the reference to � the 26th day oF August contained in the agreement and � observed that such references should be corrected to re- flect the actual date the agreement is approved. � In response to question regarding surety bonds and in- ""`� surance, Mr. Richman advised that they cannot be obtained until the final map is approved but that he does not �.. anticipate a.ny difficulty. Mr. Fales explained that the � City retains the linen recorda.tion map until all docu- � ments are executed and returned to the City.
