Building Official has required that the more stringent <br /> ' test be met. <br /> ' Discussion followed concerning the sub�ect development, <br /> ; and Mr, Maloney replied to questions reiating to the <br /> considerations upon which a, decision to approve a <br /> � fina.l map application must be made . Mr. Maloney advised <br /> that the question before the Council with regard to the <br /> ' sub�ect application is only whether or not the Final <br /> � Map is in substa.ntial compliance with the Tentative Map <br /> approved previously. He stated that if Council members <br /> find that to be so, then the application should be <br /> approved, but such a vote would not indica,te approval ,�,,, <br /> of the development itself. Mr. Maloney added that a <br /> negative vote would indicate only that the Council <br /> ' member so voting does not find the Final Ma,p to be in "'`'" <br /> , substantial compliance with the Tentative Map. <br /> MOTION: Title having been read, Councilman Leipzig <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved, seconded <br /> by Councilman Barrett, its adoption : <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 7255 APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL <br /> RLIN S DIVISION N0. 4, REDWOOD CITY, <br /> .
