Bills, attorney for the landowner, in response <br /> to question, suggested that a compromise has been reached <br /> with the City regarding development of the sub�ect prop- <br /> erty, stating that the proposed K-Mart to be developed <br /> on about eight acres of the property would be developed <br /> to IP Industrial Park) standards, although the zoning <br /> is CG General Commercial) and the two remaining smaller <br /> parcels of about one and two acres each could then also <br /> be developed.
