� � � � <br /> Presentation - Certificate of Recognition <br /> Mr. Francisco Rivera not being present to receive the <br /> sub�ect certificate, Mayor Weymouth asked that other <br /> �,,, items on the Agenda be considered pending his arrival. <br /> '�-°� Fund transfer - replacement equipment <br /> Cit Manager Fales referred to his report of November 13, <br /> 197� regarding a proposed transfer of funds and attaching <br /> report of the City Controller, dated November 4. <br /> MOTION: Title havin� been read, Councilman Henderson <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved, seconded <br /> by Councilman Norris, its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 7311 TRANSFERRING STATED AMOUNTS <br /> FROM SIGNATID PPROPRIATIONS TO VARIOUS OTHER <br /> DESIGNATED APPROPRIATIONS FOR PAYMENT OF CAPITAL <br /> EXPENDITURES, CAPITAL OUTLAYS, AND BUILDING <br /> REGULATION <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> Dumbarton Bridge Approach Study <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of November 13, <br /> �- 1974 regardin� the sub,ject study and attaching report of <br /> the Director of Public Works, dated November 7. <br /> � <br /> MOTION: Councilman Henderson moved, seconded by Council- <br /> man Barrett, to approve the staff recommendation as con- <br /> tained in the City Manager' s report of November 13, 197� <br /> regarding the Dumbarton Bridge Approach Study. <br /> (Recommendation is as follows : that the staff be <br /> authorized to contact our State legislative repre- <br /> sentatives in order to request the initiation of <br /> action, through the proper legislative procedures, <br /> which would result in the allocation of funds with <br /> which to corlduct the necessary EIR and General Plan <br /> review studies regarding the possible extension of <br /> the Dumbarton Bridge access road to the vicinity <br /> of the Harbor B�ulevard-Woodside Road freeway <br /> interchange; and further staff proposes that these <br /> studies include the possible extension of the <br /> Woodside Road viaduct to the Bayshore Freeway as <br /> an associated and integral pa.rt of the possible <br /> access road extension; and further that the staff <br /> be authorized to contact San Mateo County and <br /> neighboring cities in an effort to gain support <br /> for State funding of the subject studies. � <br /> � <br /> ` The motion carried unanimously by voice vote . <br /> �"" (MINUTE ORDER N0. 7�-231�� <br /> _2_ <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 11/�8/7� <br />
