(MINUTE ORDER N0. 7�4-235) <br /> Claim: Lawrence A. Randall; property damage to <br /> car allegedly caused by municipal bus. Recommend <br /> denial and refer to insurance carrier. <br /> (MINUTE ORDER N0. 7�4-236) <br /> Approval of warrants nos. 98�+8 through 10,007, <br /> totaling $258,720.70. <br /> ; Request of Councilman Norris to attend the Bay <br /> � Area Outlook Conference on November 20, 1974 <br /> (MINUTE ORDER N0. 74-237� <br /> � The motion carried unanimously by roll call vote . <br /> : Area Disaster Council Report „� <br /> Councilman Rhodes, representa,tive to the Area Disaster <br /> Council, reported on the consideration of the 911 �y"` <br /> � Emergency System discussed at a meeting held November 14. <br /> : Councilman Rhodes stated that many problems have been <br /> encountered with respect to establishment of the system <br /> � and that further consideration has been delayed for 30 <br /> days. <br /> City Manager Fales advised that it may be necessary to <br /> hold a special Council session for explanation and dis- <br /> cussion of the status of the State manda,ted requirement <br /> that the 911 System be established throughout the State <br /> by 1.983 .
