Council- <br /> man Weymouth stated he was not opposed to giving this support , but would <br /> like to see an accounting as previously discussed . City Manager suggested <br /> that conditioning the funds could provide the necessary leverage to get the <br /> organization to furnish the requested information . He noted unsuccessful <br /> efforts in the past to obtain this data . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to include in the Budget $1 , 000 to PCA , on <br /> condition they provide an operating statement and balance sheet for the <br /> past three years , seconded by Councilman Norris and carried . <br /> Councilman Leipzig advised that Pete Hughes had apparently not received a <br /> response to correspondence relating to their designation as " 1976 <br /> 5/12/73 <br /> Adj .
