Henderson , <br /> Robert E . Norris , Ray A . Weymouth , James S . Williams , and Mayor Paul C . Keckley . <br /> Councilmen Marguerite Leipzig (entered the meeting at 4 : 30 P . M . ) and William C . <br /> Rhodes were noted absent . Also noted present were City Manager James M . Fales , <br /> City Attorney David E . Schricker , Assistant City Manager James M . Smith , Assistant <br /> City Attorney Clark Maloney , Personnel Director Michael Brock and City Clerk <br /> Marian McCrindle . <br /> Also noted present were Richard Bolton and Keith Fleming, of Industrial Employers <br /> and Distributors Association , representing the City ' s employer-employee labor <br /> negotiations . <br /> Councilman Williams moved to adjourn to Executive Session for discussion of labor <br /> negotiations , seconded by Councilman Norris and carried . City Clerk was excused <br /> from the meeting . <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to adjourn Executive Session and reconvene to Adjourned <br /> Regular Meeting at 5 : 25 P .M . , seconded by Councilman Leipzig and carried . <br /> Adjourned Regular Meeting thereafter adjourned to an Adjourned Regular Meeting , <br /> January 22 , 1973 , 4 : oo P .
