Hannah Lahuta , 50 King Street , Redwood City to <br /> speak on the problem regarding her property , which was situated adjacent to <br /> Stafford Park . <br /> Mrs . Lahuta complained about the City ' s lack of <br /> response to her communications , both written and <br /> oral , with regard to the trespassing of young <br /> park participants on her backyard property . <br /> Mayor Keckley pointed out his own personal visit and observance and the fact <br /> that the Park Department had planted in the area to help correct the situation , <br /> Mrs . Lahuta stated she thought plants were not <br /> the solution but that a high cyclone fence should <br /> be put up . <br /> Mayor Keckley noted that it appeared no matter what the City would do she <br /> would not be in agreement , and at this point he would turn this problem over <br /> to Staff for further investigation with a request for a report back to Council . <br /> At that time Mrs .
