Gourley , 315 Carlos Ave . , with <br /> attachment of her letter to Planning Director . <br /> There being no further written communications or oral discussion , Councilman <br /> Weymouth moved to close the public hearing , seconded by Councilman Rhodes <br /> and carried . <br /> Mayor Keckley stated that the Planning Commission would take the record of <br /> tonight ' s public hearing under advisement , and report back to Council at the <br /> earliest possible date . City Attorney advised that , since the public hearing <br /> had been closed , and no meeting date had been set , in order to provide notice <br /> to the appellant and applicant , the City Clerk is to notify those two parties <br /> in any event . In response to question by Mayor Keckley , Planning Director <br /> indicated that at the Planning Commission level , without public hearing , the <br /> matter might be considered the following evening if Chairman Soderer and the <br /> Commission are willing to take it up as a non-agenda item . Otherwise , the <br /> next meeting would be August i4 , 1973 . <br /> Councilman Norris moved that the results of the City Council public hearing <br /> on this matter be referred to the Planning Commission for recommendations <br /> back to Council , seconded by Councilman Leipzig . City Attorney noted that <br /> since this was a public hearing , the absent two Council Members would be <br /> unable to participate when it comes before Council again .
