M . <br /> Veterans Memorial Building <br /> Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Norris . <br /> Invocation was led by Reverend Richard Bimson , First United Methodist Church . <br /> ON ROLL CALL, the following were noted present : Councilmen Mary W . <br /> Henderson , Marguerite Leipzig , Robert E . Norris , Ray A . Weymouth , <br /> James S . Williams , Mayor Paul C . Keckley , and City Clerk Marian McCrindle . <br /> Councilman William C . Rhodes was noted absent . Also noted present were <br /> Assistant City Manager James M . Smith , City Attorney David E . Schricker , <br /> Chief of Police John R . McDonald , Jr . , Director of Public Works Richard <br /> J . Pusich , Director of Parks and Recreation Max C . Weeks , Planning Director <br /> Ken Schroeter , and Deputy City Clerk Frances I . Reggetts , <br /> On roll call the following Government Affairs Program students were noted <br /> present : John Aldrich , Elaine Ellers , Peggy Frahm , David Loomis and Jean <br /> Tehaney . Leonie Batkin and John Lyssand were noted absent . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to approve , as submitted , Minutes of Regular <br /> Meeting of December 18 , 1972 , Minutes of Adjourned Regular Meeting <br /> ( Executive Session ) of December 21 , 1972 , and Minutes of Special Meeting <br /> ( Executive Session) of January 2 , 1973 , seconded by Councilman Williams <br /> and carried , Councilman Weymouth abstaining having been unadvoidably <br /> absent from two of the meetings . <br /> PUBLIC HEARING , on Resolution of Intention to vacate easement for Sanitary <br /> Sewer and Storm Drainage purposes , Lot 15 , Block 206 , (Highlands of Emerald <br /> Lake Subdivision Two " , declared open and affidavits of publication and <br /> posting ordered filed . <br /> Council had , on December 4 , 1972 , adopted Resolution of Intention to vacate <br /> this easement , setting public hearing for this date . The request of Mr . and <br /> Mrs . George D . Good , 808 Mohican Way , was routine , and Staff recommended <br /> approval . <br /> 1/8/73 <br />
