At this point , Planning Com- mission decided to endeavor to bring about compliance with conditions of. the Use Permit , He reviewed , point by point , the lack of compliance and the willingness of. the Commission to defer action a number of times out of consideration for the applicant . He pointed out that the Com- mission did not set out to call for revocation of the Use Permit , and the first step was to extend consideration for three months to give Mr . Bywater the opportunity to either apply for a new Use Permit , or to bring the original property into compliance . Either would have been accepted . Planning Director then showed a series of photographic slides depicting present conditions of the property . Following additional comments , Councilman Norris moved to close the public hearing , seconded by Councilman Williams and carried . Councilman Weymouth moved to AFFIRM the action of the Planning Com- mission and direct revocation of the Use Permit , seconded by Council- man Rhodes . On the question , City Attorney responded to question by Council , indicating that the applicant would not be precluded from making a new application in accordance with uses allowed under the Ordinance , but that would not be part of the motion . He further responded that the applicant should commence to remove his equipment immediately , and suggested that thirty ( 30 ) days should be sufficient time for compliance . Motion carried .
