302 ( f ) PAYMENT OF WARRANTS , February 19 to February 26 , 1973 . (Council action would authorize usual and necessary payment of bills during this period . ) (MINUTE ORDER #73 -27 ) Councilman Norris moved to approve CONSENT CALENDAR, Items (b ) , ( c ) , (d ) , and ( f) , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried on roll call vote , Councilman Williams and Mayor Keckley being noted absent . There were no written or oral communications . In a brief discussion concerning a revision of the Budget Calendar , it was decided there would be no necessity for a pre-budget study session , such as was held last year for the benefit of new Council Members . It was noted that the dates of May 12 and May 19 had been set for Adjourned Regular Meet- ings (Budget Study Sessions ) . Vice-Mayor Henderson commented on the likelihood there would not be a quorum available for Council meeting of March 5th , due to the Congressional-City Conference in Washington , D . C . , March 4- 6 , 1973 . Councilman Rhodes moved to cancel the City Council meeting of March 5 , 1973 , seconded by Councilman Norris and carried on roll call vote , Councilman Weymouth voting no , and Councilman Williams and Mayor Keckley being noted absent . (MINUTE ORDER #73-28 ) Councilman Rhodes moved to adjourn the meeting , seconded by Councilman Norris and carried . Meeting adjourned at 9 : 27 p . m .
