Noted absent were Mona Guballa , Tom Kush and Emma Wood . Councilman Norris moved to approve , as submitted , Minutes of Regular Meeting of February 12 , 1973 , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried . Mr . James D . Sartor , newly appointed Member of the Architectural Committee was presented with his Certificate of Appointment by Mayor Keckley , who extended thanks for his willingness to serve the community . Landscaping and Fencing of Peninsula Parkwa y_, Section II, General Improve- ment District 1 -64 , Marlin Subdivision No . 2 , Staff report indicated that Council had previously authorized preparation of plans and specifications for this project , and they had been completed by Daniel , Mann , Johnson and Mendenhall , Consultants . The project would complete landscaping and fencing of Peninsula. Parkway , and funds were available . In discussion , it was indicated the work would be essentially the same as , and would match , what was already there . Funds would come from GID 1 -64 Streets and Highways budget . Councilman Williams moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6873 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS FOR PENINSULA PARKWAY - SECTION 2 FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO , 1 -64 ; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried on roll call vote . Job Specifications and Salary Range , Parks Leadman . Councilman Henderson noted that the report indicated the specific assignment of the Leadman to the Redwood Shores area , and questioned whether City had this class- ification employee in other areas of the City . City Manager responded that it did not , but may have in the future . He noted that the position was approved in the 1972 -?3 budget , and that assignment at that level would relieve one foreman for supervision of work in other areas . Crews would number three or four , including the Leadman , Councilman Weymouth moved to adopt RESOLUTION NOR 6874 APPROVING SPECIFI- CATIONS FOR POSITION OF PARKS LEADMAN, seconded by Councilman Norris and carried on roll call vote , Councilman Norris moved to introduce Ordinance amending Sections 1 and 2 2/26/73 Reg . Mtg .
