Documents <br />In addition, LCP Associates will provide: <br /> 3 copies of the Initial Study and the Administrative Draft <br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration <br /> · 3 copies of the Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br /> one camera-ready copy for reproduction and distribution by the City <br /> · 3 copies of the Final Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br /> one camera-ready copy for reproduction and distribution by the City <br /> <br />This proposal includes attendance at one meeting/public hearing of the <br />Planning Commission for presentation and verbal response to questions and <br />comments. LCP Associates will attend as many meetings with the Staff as <br />necessary in order to share information and coordinate efforts. <br /> <br />Staff <br />In addition to Leon C. Pirofalo, Principal of LCP Associates, two other LCP <br />Associates will be working on the Environmental Documents as follows: <br /> <br /> Alberto Morales, formerly Principal Planner for the City of Menlo Park <br /> and Chief of the Environmental Preparation and Review Process for the <br /> City. Mr. Morales will assist in the analysis, text preparation, and CEQA <br /> compliance of the Environmental Documents. <br /> <br /> Robert L. Harrison, Traffic Engineer, who has performed numerous traffic <br /> analyses for a wide variety and scope of environmental documents. Mr. <br /> Harrison will assist in the analysis of the traffic/circulation and parking <br /> portions of the Environmental Documents. <br /> <br /> J. Michael Cleary, C.E.G., G.E. of Cleary Consultants, Inc., has been added to <br /> the LCP Associates team for this project. He will assist in the review, <br /> analysis, and preparation of the geotechnical, soil/groundwater portion of <br /> the Environmental Documents. <br /> <br /> (A copy of LCP Associates' Statement of Qualifications, indicating full <br /> professional information and experience on each of the above persons, is <br /> in your file.) <br /> <br /> <br />
