Acting Community Development Director Patterson presented the staff report <br /> and described the legal mandate to implement a storm water management plan. <br /> Mr. Patterson advised that although each jurisdiction is ultimately <br /> responsible for complying with the law, CICAG recommended, and the members <br /> agreed to have the San Mateo County Flood Control District collect the <br /> parcel fee of $1.50 for Fiscal Year 1993-94 to fund the county-wide NPDES <br /> Storm Water General Program. <br /> Councilman Greenalch reminded everyone that this small assessment was only <br /> the first step in a very expensive, long term program. <br /> Mayor Buchan opened the Public Hearing at 8:01 P.M., and invited anyone who <br /> wished to speak to please do so.
