TIME SCHEDJLE: <br /> The schedule for the work shall be on an on-call , as-needed basis. Consultant shall be <br /> available to perform on-site with a minimum of twenty four (24) hours notice by the City. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> Consultant shall perform the above mentioned services as requested, and on an intermittent <br /> basis in compliance with the project plans and specifications for a not-to-exceed fee of <br /> $53,399.00 for a two (2) years contract period. Consultant shall be paid hourly, with a two (2) <br /> hours minimum charge per inspection. The Consultant shall be paid monthly based on actual i <br /> time spent in the field and the material testing done in the laboratory. This contract is purely <br /> time and material on an on-call, as- needed basis to be determined by the City during <br /> construction. <br /> a. All expenses shall be included in the proposed hourly rate, with a two (2) hours <br /> minimum charge per inspection. <br /> b. The estimated service hours mentioned above are actual time spent in the field. <br /> Therefore, the proposed hourly rate must also be based on actual hours spent in the field for <br /> (2) hours minimum charge per inspection, regardless of the number of tests performed and site <br /> visits requested per day. This hourly rate shall include labor, reporting, travel, sample pick-up, <br /> technical supervision, testing equipment taxes, insurance and all other incidental charges. (for <br /> example, there should be no separate hourly rate or mileage charged for inspectors travel time to <br /> and from the job site.) <br /> c.
