SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY <br /> A. Presentation of a video titled, "A Planner's Wish." Produced and directed by <br /> the Redwood City Planning Department with special guest stars. <br /> Acting Community Development Director Patterson described how the concept <br /> for a video depicting the planning process was developed during <br /> conversations with Acting Planning Director Passanisi last year. Mr. <br /> Passanisi provided opening remarks and the video was played. <br /> The video was met with thunderous applause from the overflow audience. <br /> I Acting Planning Director Passanisi described the video as a friendly tool to <br /> introduce people to the planning process. Mr. Passanisi advised that the <br /> Planning Department was engaged in an extensive out reach program to get <br /> this video out into the community, and that it was available in the Redwood <br /> City Library right now. Mr. Passanisi and Mayor Buchan handed out <br /> certificates of appreciation to the actors and video company who made the <br /> video such a success. <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 4.
