PUBLIC HEARING - Introduction of the Redwood City Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 1993-94 (401-02) Affidavit of Publication of Notice is on file in the City Clerk Department 1. Presentation of staff report Finance Director Ramchandani presented a summary of the proposed budget including the amendments directed by Council. Using pie charts Mr. Ramchandani described the City's sources of income and how those monies are spent. The city's budget is $16.6 million with $36.6 million (46.9%) going into the General Fund. Mr. Ramchandani presented a summary of the city's efforts to meet the take-aways demanded by the state, and the monetary impact of the Council approved 2% adjusted budget. In response to Council questions Mr. Ramchandani advised that the Board of Port Commissioners approves the Port's budget, not the Council. 2. Open the Public Hearing Mayor Buchan opened the Public Hearing at 8:40 P.M.anyone who wished to speak to please do so. No one wished to speak. 3.
