Councilman Peterson , <br /> in support of Councilman Henderson ' s comment , suggested that it <br /> would be well to examine exactly what the Bulletin means as it <br /> relates to City Ordinances . City Manager indicated the law had <br /> been in effect for approximately two years , and having had some <br /> experience with it , would be happy to provide a report . Redwood City-San Carlos -Belmont Board of Realtors , 1785 Laurel <br /> Street , San Carlos , advising of appointments to their Civic <br /> Relations Committee , <br /> 4 . City of Camarillo , transmittal of their Resolution No . 972 <br /> requesting State Water Resources Control Board to initiate action <br /> on implementation of stricter requirements on discharge to the <br /> ocean of municipal and industrial waste waters . <br /> Toni Gray , 950 Iris Street , suggested that <br /> procedures for placing matters on an agenda <br /> be included along with other information on <br /> the public copies of the agenda ; questioned <br /> whether the war would be discussed on <br /> January 24th , and whether the Police Officers <br /> are paid from taxpayer funds when assigned <br /> to attend meetings . <br /> Mayor Bury acknowledged the suggestion ; advised that whether the <br /> war is discussed would be the prerogative of Council at the <br /> appropriate time , and that employees of the City are paid for <br /> the work they are required to do . He noted that the proposals <br /> submitted by the Congress would be part of the agenda . <br /> 1 -10 -72 <br />
