M . <br /> Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Henderson . <br /> Invocation was led by Lieutenant Moses Reyes , Salvation Army . <br /> ON ROLL CALL , the following were noted present : Councilman Mary W . Henderson , <br /> Paul C . Keckley , Herbert G . Petersen , William C . Rhodes , Ray A . Weymouth , <br /> James S . Williams , Mayor Robert H . Bury and City Clerk Marian McCrindle . <br /> Also noted present were City Manager James M . Fales , Jr . , City Attorney <br /> David E . Schricker , Assistant City Manager James M . Smith , Police Chief John <br /> R . McDonald , Jr . , Fire Chief John Keller , Planning Director Ken Schroeter , <br /> City Treasurer-Collector. Harriet Drivon , Construction Engineer William T . <br /> Martin, Acting Deputy Director of Public Works Fred Sennewald , and Deputy <br /> City Clerk Frances I . Reggetts . <br /> Councilman. Keckley moved to approve , as submitted , Minutes of Regular Meeting of <br /> April 10 , 1972 , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried . <br /> On roll call , the following Government Affairs Program students were noted present : <br /> Julie Gaddini , Patti Bury , John Goodrich , Mike Borissenko , Mike Hite and <br /> Brock Riddle . Ed Velazquez was noted absent . <br /> CANVASS OF VOTES , April 11 , 1972 , GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION, <br /> City Clerk read the County Tally Sheets for each precinct , including Absent <br /> Voter Tally , for each of tl-e candidates for canvass by the Council . Certifica- <br /> tion of the County Clerk of record of votes cast , and canvass from voting <br /> machines , was reported by the City Clerk as being on file . One correction <br /> was noted , following which canvass was declared complete . <br /> Councilman Petersen moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO . 670E OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY DECLARING CANVASS OF RETURNS AND RESULT OF GENERAL MUNICIPAL <br /> ELECTION HELD ON APRIL 11 , 1972 , seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried <br /> on roll call vote .
