In line with City Manager ' s
philosophy , Police Chief had instituted a policy of including all super-
visory personnel in departmental staff meetings , allowing them to gain
knowledge and participate in the decision making process , Installation
of the first radio alarm system on the Peninsula has been completed ,
with two boxes having been installed in Redwood Shores . Further
installation of radio boxes are planned for various residential structures
in the City .
