Councilman Henderson moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6782 APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED "DUMBARTON OAKS NO . 1 ON NORTHUMBERLAND AVENUE " AND HEREIN DESCRIBED ; AND, HEREIN ANNEXING SAID TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 35015 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE, seconded by Councilman Williams , and carried on roll call vote , Councilmen Leipzig and Norris voting no . Prevailing Wage Scale - Department of Public Works Projects . In accordance with Labor Code Section 1773 , City may publish annually updated wage rates for tradesmen who perform labor in public works projects in lieu of publishing with each call for bids , a cost factor in publishing and a resultant savings to the City . Resolution would amend rates for Fiscal Year 1972 -73 .
