It was felt that the <br /> Monroe Model 650 was best suited for the purpose , which would <br /> require an additional sum in the amount of S202 to be transferred <br /> from Maintenance and Operation appropriation to Supplies and <br /> Service appropriation . <br /> Councilman Leipzig moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6835 TRANSFERRING <br /> $202 FROM APPROPRIATION FOR PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND OTHER SERVICES , <br /> FOR DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS , SEWAGE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL PROGRAM, <br /> TO APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL EXPENDITURES , DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS , <br /> SEWAGE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL PROGRAM, seconded by Councilman Williams <br /> and carried on roll call vote , Mayor Keckley and Councilman Norris <br /> being noted absent . <br /> ( b ) Electronic Programmable Calculator , approval of specifications and <br /> authorizing call for bids .
