224 <br /> Minutes of Regular Meeting <br /> Redwood City Council <br /> December 4 , 1972 7 : 30 p . m . <br /> Veterans Memorial Building <br /> Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Henderson <br /> Invocation was led by the City Clerk , <br /> ON ROLL CALL , the following were noted present : Councilmen <br /> Mary W . Henderson, Marguerite Leipzig , Robert E . Norris , <br /> William C . Rhodes , and Mayor Paul C . Keckley . Councilmen <br /> Ray A . Weymouth and James S . Williams were noted absent . <br /> also noted present were City Attorney David E . Schricker , <br /> Chief Building Official Charles Gyselbrecht , Director of <br /> Public Works Richard J . Pusich . Planning Director Ken <br /> Schroeter , Police Captain George Bold , and Deputy City <br /> Clerk Frances I . Reggetts . <br /> On roll call the following Government Affairs Program <br /> students were noted present : John Aldrich , Leonie Batkin , <br /> Elaine Ellers , Peggy Frahm , David Loomis , John Lyssand and <br /> Jean Tehaney , <br /> Councilman Norris moved to approve , as submitted , Minutes of <br /> Regular Meeting of November 20 , 1972 , Seconded by Council- <br /> man Rhodes and carried . <br /> Continued Public Hearing , Appeal of John E . McCarthy and Sons <br /> from denial by the Planning Commission of their application <br /> for approval of a Tentative Map of Atherwood Unit No , 2 , <br /> with exceptions to Subdivision Ordinance requested . Public <br /> hearing had been continued without opening from Council <br /> meeting of October 9 , 1972 , to this date , pending preparation <br /> of Environmental Impact Report . Since the Environmental <br /> Impact Report reviewed by the Planning Commission at their <br /> meeting of November 28 would not be acted upon until December <br /> 5 , it was recommended the public hearing be continued . <br /> Councilman Rhodes moved to continue the public hearing with- <br /> out opening , to December 11 , 1972 , seconded by Councilman <br /> Henderson and carried . (MINUTE ORDER #72-208 ) <br /> Continued procedure , Approval of FINAL MAP , FARM HILL CASITAS , <br /> property located at southeast corner of Farm Hill Boulevard <br /> and Eden Bower Lane . This item had been continued from <br /> Council Meeting of October 9, 1972 , pending preparation of <br /> Reg , Mtg . <br /> 12/4/72 <br />
