(MINUTE ORDER #72 -20 ) <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to approve CONSENT CALENDAR Items (a) through ( f) , <br /> seconded by Councilman Rhodes and carried on roll call vote . <br /> Mayor Bury noted the forthcoming Council of Mayors ' meeting , and urged <br /> Council members to attend , asking those who plan to attend to contact <br /> City Managers ' secretary . <br /> COMMUNICATIONS : <br /> 1 , San Mateo County Transit Development Board requesting that City <br /> Manager be authorized to serve as a member of the Management <br /> Advisory Committee of their Board relating to a proposed study <br /> of extension of contemplated BART facilities from San Francisco <br /> International Airport to Menlo Park . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to authorize City Manager to participate , seconded <br /> by Councilman Weymouth and carried . (MINUTE ORDER #72 -23 ) <br /> 2 . Invitation to Council to attend open house in honor of first <br /> anniversary of Stambaugh House , 142 Stambaugh Street , on <br /> January 25 , 1972 . <br /> Mayor Bury urged attendance at this open house . <br /> 3 . Frank DeSio , requesting for representatives of each of six groups <br /> an opportunity to speak on anti -war resolution . ( Request was <br /> considered earlier in the agenda . ) <br /> Councilman Petersen moved to adjourn , seconded by Councilman Williams and <br /> carried . Meeting adjourned at 11 : 35 P .
