Kuebelbeck , of Williams -Kuebelbeck and <br /> Associated , Inc . , was present and available to answer any <br /> questions , <br /> Councilman Norris moved that the Status Report and Evaluation <br /> submitted by Williams-Kuebelbeck and Associates , Inc . , be <br /> referred to Council ' s Committee for GID--1 -64 , for review and <br /> report back to the Council with recommendations and for discussion <br /> by the Council in open or executive session , as subject matter may <br /> require . Motion died for a lack of second . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to authorize completion of Phases III and <br /> IV of the Economics Study of GID 1 -64 , by Task Orders , seconded <br /> by Councilman Williams and carried . <br /> (MINUTE ORDER #72 -222 ) <br /> Scope of Work Statement re Stulsaft Park Master Plan , Park and <br /> Recreation Commission and Department Staff had prepared statement <br /> of scope of work regarding preparation of Master Plan for develop - <br /> , <br /> ment of Stulsaft Park . The scope of work , upon approval , will be <br /> utilized in the review of proposals by planning and architectural <br /> firms . (Report submitted to Council ) <br /> Councilman Williams moved to approve Scope of Work Statment , and <br /> authorize solicitation of proposals , seconded by Councilman <br /> Leipzig and carried . <br /> (MINUTE ORDER #72 -223 ) <br /> Authorization to request allocation of funds from Public Utilities <br /> Commission Crossing Protection Fund . <br /> Council on June 19, 1972 , authorized payment to Southern Pacific <br /> Company for installation of predictors at Jefferson and Broadway , <br /> of $17 , 889 . 39 . It had since been ascertained it may be possible <br /> to apply for return of 50% of the net cost to the City , or <br /> $7 , 417 . 29 . Staff requested authorization to make the application <br /> for refund . (Report submitted to Council) <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6850 AUTHORIZING <br /> AND DIRECTING FILING OF APPLICATION WITH PUBLIC UTILITIES <br /> COMMISSION FOR ALLOCATION OF FUNDS TO AID IN COST OF CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF CERTAIN GRADE-CROSSING PROTECTION IN REDWOOD CITY, seconded by <br /> Councilman Norris and carried on roll call vote , Councilmen Rhodes <br /> and Weymouth being noted absent . <br /> 12/18/72 <br />
