Civil Emergency and Disaster Relief Plan of the City was recommended by Staff to be updated in order to make it consistent with State Code provisions relating to the same matter . Councilman Rhodes moved to introduce Ordinance repealing Chapter 10 ( Commencing with the Chapter Heading of Chapter 10 ) of , and adding Chapter 10 to , the Code of the City of Redwood City , relating to Emergency and Disaster Relief , seconded by Councilman Henderson , Councilman Henderson noted reference to the City ' s Emergency Plan and questioned whether such a plan was in print . Fire Chief was asked to respond , and he advised that an Emergency Plan had been finalized and would be sent to Sacramento the followin. g day . TTe added that this meant the City would be entitled to get back on the service roll . In response to question by Council , he advised that this was substantially the same as the Civil Defense Plan , but that the State requested the change in title . 7ollowing brief discussion , motion carried .
