Schnoor advised he had spoken with Dr . Hutchinson about using Woodside High School fcr a practice field , but was told they would rather not take the responsibility . He stated they were running out of time , and were faced with the possibility of having no field at all . A. large field was necessary and these were scarce . Councilman Petersen indicated he saw no objection to use of the Park , since there had been no complaints last year . Councilman Williams felt that where the City charges rents for use of the Community Activities Building , allowing the exhibition would be violating good faith . In the discussion there was reference to an ordinance prohibiting the use in the Park , which the City Attorney indicated was not the fact , but that this was an administrative decision . Council suggested that the Council ' s School Liaison Committee might meet with representatives of the Club and the ?Woodside High School Board , and attempt to find out if the Woodside High School grounds might be avail_ able . Councilman Rhodes advised that as Vice Chairman of the School Liaison Committee , he would request a meeting for Thursday , February 10th , if the Club could wait until the following Monday for an answer . Councilman Weymouth noted there had been considerable discussion of the matter , and on the premise of Staff recommendation , did not feel Council should defer action with respect to the Red Morton Community Park . Mr . Lee Parker , 6 Meadow Lane , Redwood City , discussed the development of the club , and that there had been no Problems in the past with regard to use of the site . Councilman Petersen moved to postpone a decision until Council meeting of February ltd- , 1972 , and request the School Liaison Committee to contact the people who could help , seconded by Councilman Rhodes . Mr . Anderson commented that one reason for the contest was that it attracted youngsters in the neighborhood , and felt it should be held where there is access to the community . Councilman Petersen moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO . 6671 ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITIES !!DVISORY COMMITTEE FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY , seconded by Councilman Rhodes . Staff report indicated that an Underground Utilities Advisory Committee was being proposed in order to formulate a specific program for the underg. rounding of existing overhead utilities , in keeping with Public Utilities Commission regulations and City Ordinances .
