Regular Meeting <br /> of February 7 , 1972 , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried . <br /> Vice Mayor Keckley made presentation of Certificates to Captain Charles Bubniak <br /> and Captain Robert Peres , Fire Department , for having completed courses , <br /> Staff and Command School , and Radiological Detection School . Captain Bubniak <br /> described one or the courses , taken in San Diego , of 36 hours in intensified <br /> fire prevention management . Captain Peres commented on the RDS , noting <br /> increased application of radar in various transportation fields , and that <br /> in the event of an incident they were trained how to handle it . <br /> Fire Chief Keller announced he had brought as guests rive Bomberos from <br /> Guadalajara , Jalisco , Mexico , who were in Redwood City for a fire fighting <br /> training program under sponsorship of the Northern California Fire Chiefs <br /> 2 - 14 - 72 <br />
