Mayor Bury added a further communication received by him late in the day , <br /> concerning request from Levy Brothers for permission to display a car at <br /> the front of their building, which would encroach onto a portion of public <br /> sidewalk . He advised that he had inspected the location and that the car <br /> would be placed between two driveways , and probably would not obstruct the <br /> t sidewalk as much as they stated . The car was an old one , and wcu ld probably <br /> be offered as a prize , in connection with their 100th anniversary celebrat. <br /> tion . Approval by Council was recommended . <br /> Councilman Keckley moved to accept CONMUNICATIONS and authorize implementation as <br /> directed by Council , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried .
