Mayor Bury added a further communication received by him late in the day , concerning request from Levy Brothers for permission to display a car at the front of their building, which would encroach onto a portion of public sidewalk . He advised that he had inspected the location and that the car would be placed between two driveways , and probably would not obstruct the t sidewalk as much as they stated . The car was an old one , and wcu ld probably be offered as a prize , in connection with their 100th anniversary celebrat. tion . Approval by Council was recommended . Councilman Keckley moved to accept CONMUNICATIONS and authorize implementation as directed by Council , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried . (MINUTE ORDER#72- 51_4, Councilman Henderson announced that the Courcil Legislative Committee was scheduled to meet Wednesday at 7 : 30 A . M . in City Attorney ' s office . Mayor Bury offered a reminder that April 5th would be observes as Youth in Government Day . Mayor Bury also noted letter of resignation from the Civic Cultural Commission of Mrs . Minnie Ng , and indicated this may be a matter of potential Council action for the next Council meeting ( March 20th ) .
