<br /> In response to question by Councilman Henderson , City Manager advised this
<br /> was not in the area of the San Francisco Water Department pipeline construction .
<br /> Staff report indicated the Permit was for the purpose of construction of a
<br /> mini park by the Ecology Class of Canada College , who had previously appeared
<br /> before Council and Park and Recreation Commission to outline their plans .
<br /> Report was submitted to Council . Motion carried on roll call vote .
<br /> Ratification of appointments to Urban Design Committee . At request of Council ,
<br /> Planning Director reviewed the composition of this Committee and the replace
<br /> ments proposed to fill vacancies which had occurred . Councilman Kekcley moved
<br /> to ratify appointment of Constant F . Davis , as architect member selected from
<br /> Architectural Committee , and Leonard Greenwold, as citizen member, to the Urban
<br /> Design Committee , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried . (MINUTE
