Account 430 - City Controller : Detailed report on status of Data Processing had been submitted to Council at this meeting , and Mayor Bury suggested withholding approval of this departmental Budget until after there is an opportunity to review the report . Account 44o -r City Attorney : City Manager noted that recommendation had been made to restore to Budget the position of Assistant City Attorney . He pointed out the current heavy work- load , and believed there were indications this would increase over the coming fiscal year .
