Jim Reiter of DMJM to respond to this question .
Mr . Reiter stated that they have looked into this
matter , Some erosion of levees was due to normal
use of vehicles in the construction , other normal
erosion was due to rain and wind , and some settlement
has taken place . This was expected and programmed and
funded . It was all normal wear and tear and use and
not due to any negligence of contractors .
Motion carried on roll call vote , Councilman Henderson being noted absent .
Councilman Petersen moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6441 WITHDRAWING ANNEXED
TERRITORY KNOWN AS "EDGEWOOD HILLS ANNEXATION N0 , 2 " FROM EMERALD LAKE
LIGHTING DISTRICT AND WOODSIDE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT , seconded by
Councilman Rhodes .
