( 2 ) Councilman Petersen moved to adopt ORDINANCE NO . 1130 . 133 ADDING SECTION 60 . 9 . 1 TO ORDINANCE NO . 1130 , THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE , REZONING PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY OF VERA AVENUE AND EL CAMINO REAL, seconded by Councilman Rhodes and carried on roll call vote , Mayor Bury being noted absent .
