City of Brisbane resolution opposing Assembly Bill 52 , regarding dedica- <br /> tion of land and payment therefor , and resolution opposing Senate Bill <br /> 190 , regarding the " California State Community Antenna Television Act " . <br /> Councilman Henderson suggested City of Brisbane be informed of <br /> Legislative Committee recommendations relative to these bills . <br /> 5 . City of Half Moon Bay, regarding their support of coastal legislation <br /> proposed in form of Senate Bill No . 1354 . <br /> Recommendation : Refer to Legislative Committee , <br /> 6 . California Water Resources Association urging Council ' s endorsement of <br /> Senate Bill 1285 , regarding water resources . <br /> 7 . State Division of Highways , regarding changes proposed for deletion of <br /> State Highway Routes within cities which would affect El Camino and Woodside <br /> Road . ( Copy submitted to Council 6 -28-71 , copy of Staff reply enclosed . ) <br /> Agenda item scheduled for 7-19-71 . <br /> Councilman Henderson noted that Mr . Hart ' s letter requested <br /> recommendations no later than July 15 , 1971 . She expressed <br /> concern that response by Deputy Director of Public Works , <br /> Engineering Design , did not include mention of grade separation, <br /> Bayshore to 5 Points . She felt concerns should be expressed to <br /> Mr . Hart by telephone immediately since Council Resolution could <br /> not be prepared and submitted prior to deadline date of July 15th . <br /> Police Chief advised State would be holding public hearings within <br /> each jurisdiction , and the matter was to be an agenda item for the <br /> Traffic Committee meeting the next day . Council requested a <br /> resolution be prepared for Council ' s adoption opposing State <br /> Division of Highways proposal for next week ( July 19 ) . <br /> 8 . City of San Mateo , transmitting their Resolution 102 objecting to State <br /> Division of Highways proposal to delete Route 82 ( El Camino Real ) from <br /> State Highway System . <br /> 9 . County of San Mateo Board of Supervisors , opposing Knox-Assembly Bill <br /> 1057 (Regional Government ) , and urging Councilmen to encourage defeat in <br /> the Senate . Assemblyman Arnett ' s speech of June 27th enclosed . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to accept Communications and recommendations , seconded <br /> by Councilman Rhodes and carried . ( MINUTE ORDER #71-130 ) <br /> Vice-Mayor Keckley ordered adjournment from Regular Meeting to Executive Session <br /> at 9 : 06 P.M . to consider matter of litigation . <br /> Regular meeting reconvened at 9 : 10 P .M . <br /> Mr . Grant Ross , 465 Trident Avenue , representing Redwood Shores <br /> Homeowners ' Association , and speaking on their behalf , asked if <br /> Council would consider holding their first meeting in August at <br /> the Pavilion in Redwood Shores , as had once been discussed with <br /> Council for setting a meeting at this site . He advised he had <br /> already discussed this possibility with Mr . Coleman Johnson and <br /> he had indicated his willingness for use of the premises by the <br /> Council . <br /> Council indicated their being receptive to the suggestion , if there would be <br /> no conflict as to public hearing requirements or other matters scheduled on <br />
