2 4.1 <br /> the Agenda which could cause confusion by switching of their regular meeting <br /> site , and recommended City Manager check on these points and advise Council <br /> in order authorization might be considered before meeting of August 2nd . <br /> ( Memo 7- 13-71 ) <br /> It was noted Redwood City School District had made a point to meet once a <br /> month away from their regular meeting place and the interest which had been <br /> created as to attendance in various areas where meeting held . It was felt <br /> this idea might be considered by Council for scheduling meetings in various <br /> parts of the City at regular intervals , and with proper noticing , create a <br /> similar type of interest . <br /> In discussing seating capacity , and type of accommodations available at the <br /> Pavilion in Redwood Shores , Vice-Mayor Keckley suggested this also be checked <br /> out and chairs made available by City, if necessary . <br /> Vice -Mayor Keckley also reported to Council the possibility of a new development <br /> by which the City might be acquiring a historical residence , and the possi- <br /> bilities which could be developed through the newly-formed Cultural Commission <br /> for its use . <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to adjourn regular meeting, seconded by Councilman <br /> Petersen and carried .
