Councilman Henderson moved to accept communications with recommendations , seconded by Councilman Rhodes , and carried , (MINUTE ORDER #71 - 13 ) Councilman Henderson reported that the ABAG meeting had been changed from the 25th to the 18th of February and requested that the matter be set for an agenda some time before the 18th to get Council guidance on supporting the budget proposal .
