10 <br /> Councilman Rhodes reported that while representing the City at a Sea Scouts <br /> meeting , he was presented a Certificate of Appreciation for the City in <br /> recognition of the City ' s support of the Sea Scouts , which he then presented <br /> to Mayor Bury , <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to approve Councilman Keckley ' s request for <br /> permission to leave the State and the Nation from February 4th to 21st , <br /> seconded by Councilman Petersen , and carried , Councilman Keckley abstaining . <br /> (MINUTE ORDER #71 - 14 ) <br /> Mayor Bury ordered adjournment to Executive Session at 9 : 09 P . M . Regular <br /> meeting reconvened at 9 : 50 P . M , , and on motion of Councilman Keckley , <br /> seconded by Councilman Henderson , and carried , adjourned to Executive Session <br /> on Tuesday , January 19 , 1971 , at 5 : 00 P .
