At the same time , they should be asked to comment on solutions <br /> to rid the City of shopping carts scattered all over , and a possible <br /> ordinance by the City relative to this matter . He pointed out the nuisance <br /> of shopping carts as they fall into and clog the City ' s drainage system, <br /> and in addition are unsightly . <br /> Mayor Bury indicated he would pursue the matter of the letter . <br />
