Final costs of the facility were under the budget . <br /> In response to question by Mayor Bury , City Attorney advised that there is <br /> no contractual relationship with any subcontractors , and action by Council <br /> would make no representation to parties other than the general contractor . <br /> He stated the City retains 10% of the contract price for a period of 35 <br /> days , and that there are no hold notices , <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to accept the Municipal Services Center Project , <br /> subject to the usual one -year guarantee of workmanship and materials , <br /> seconded by Councilman Rhodes , and carried . (MINUTE ORDER #71-33 ) <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 646o APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR AUCTION SERVICES , seconded by Councilman Henderson . <br /> In response to question by Council , City Manager reported that this would be <br /> a joint auction with the County , and other cities may be involved . Each city <br /> would have to enter into a separate agreement with the auctioneers . The <br /> date of the auction has not been determined . <br /> Motion carried on roll call vote , Councilman Keckley and Petersen being <br /> noted absent . <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6461 FINDING AND DETERMINING <br /> THAT TEMPORARY ROADWAY EASEMENT IS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES , <br /> AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED OF SAID TEMPORARY <br /> EASEMENT PURSUANT TO PRIOR AGREEMENT , seconded by Councilman Williams , and <br /> carried on roll call vote , Councilmen Keckley and Petersen being noted <br /> absent . <br /> Councilman Henderson inquired if Radio Road is still being used , or if there <br /> is another access to the developed area other than the bridge . She stressed <br /> the importance of an alternate access in case of emergency . <br /> City Manager responded that he was not sure about Radio Road , but stated <br /> that there is access to the inhabited area other than the bridge . <br /> Mayor Bury requested City Manager to include this matter in the next <br /> Community Progress Report , and also a report on the progress of the strategic - <br /> consolidation sewerage plan , which he noted was almost completed .
