Insurance Category Minimum Limits <br />Workers' Compensation statutory minimum <br />Employer's Liability $1,000,000 per accident <br /> for bodily injury or disease <br /> <br />Commercial General $1,000,000 per occurrence and <br />Liability $2,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury, <br /> personal injury and property damage <br /> <br />Automobile Liability If applicable, $1,000,000 per accident <br /> for bodily injury and property damage <br /> (coverage required to the extent applicable to <br /> Contractor's vehicle usage in per[orming <br /> services hereunder) <br /> <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Contractor shall furnish City with <br />standard certificates of insurance and applicable copies of blanket provisions for the <br />commercial general liability insurance reflecting items (a) - (d), below. <br /> <br />(a) Precluding cancellation or material change in coverage with limits required by <br />this Contract before the expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received <br />written notification of cancellation or material change by first class mail; <br /> <br />(b) Providing that Contractor's insurance shall apply separately to each insured <br />against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the <br />insurer's liability (cross liability endorsement). However, the insurance shall not provide <br />additional limits; <br /> <br />(c) Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, <br />employees, and agents related to this Agreement, as additional insureds under the <br />commercial general liability insurance; and <br /> <br />(d) Providing that Contractor's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance with <br />respect to City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, and agents <br />related to this Agreement, and any insurance or self-insurance maintained by City for <br />itself, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, or agents shall be in <br />excess of Contractor's insurance and not contributory with it. <br /> <br />13.0 RECORDS AND AUDITS <br /> <br />13.1 Contractor shall maintain accurate and complete financial records of its activities <br />and operations relating to this Agreement in accordance with generally accepted <br />accounting principles.
