Budget approved. <br />The following Budgets noted for no changes at this time, and it was <br />noted particularly that personnel considerations will be again <br />considered later: <br />Attorney - Budget approved. <br />Planning. Department - Budget approved. <br />Personnel Administration - Budget approved. <br />Central Services - Budget approved. <br />Municipal Buildings Services - It was noted increase in maintenance under <br />this accounting due to inclusion of new Municipal Services Center <br />as well as the City Hall. Budget approved. <br />Councilman Keckley moved to adjourn, seconded by Councilman Henderson <br />and carried. Munier, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. <br />ON ROLL CALL the following were noted present: Councilmen Dixon Arnett, <br />Mary W. Henderson, Paul C. Keckley, William C. Rhodes, Ray A. Weymouth, <br />Mayor Robert H. Bury and City Clerk Marian McCrindle. Noted absent was <br />Councilman Herbert G. Petersen (entered meeting at 7:45 P.M.). Also noted <br />present were City Manager Howard C. Ullrich, City Attorney David E. Schricker, <br />Assistant City Manager Henry V. Burget, Police Chief John R. McDonald, Jr., <br />Fire Chief John Keller, Director of Public Works J. Louis Scherer, Planning <br />Director Ken Schroeter, Chief Building Official Charles Gyselbrecht, and <br />Secretary Frances Ozzanto, <br />Councilman Weymouth moved to approve Minutes of Regular Meeting of June 1, <br />1970, Minutes of Adjourned Regular Meetings of June 3 and June 4, 1970, and <br />Minutes of Executive Session of June 4, 1970, Councilman Henderson <br />seconded, subject to corrections as follows: (1) Minutes of Regular <br />Meeting of June 1, 1970 in the Seismic Advisory Board meetings portion <br />of City Manager's report, it had been requested by Council that in <br />addition to the C&GS report, the recommendations of the Government <br />Operations Committee should be included; (2) Minutes of Adjourned Regular <br />Meeting of June 4, 1970, elimination of Item 65 - "Training" from the City <br />Council Budget (Account 400) had been omitted. Motion carried. <br />Loyalty Oath was administered by City Clerk to Gordon Hanson, reappointed to the <br />Board of Building Review, who was then presented with a Certificate of <br />Appointment by Mayor Bury with expressions of appreciation for past services, <br />and for willingness to continue to serve on the Board. <br />
