Roll <br />call <br />was taken, with <br />the <br />following <br />noted present: <br />Councilmen <br />Dixon Arnett, <br />Mary <br />W. Henderson, <br />Herbert G. Petersen, William C. Rhodes, Ray A. Weymouth, Mayor Robert H. Bury <br />and City Clerk Marian McCrindle. Noted absent was Councilman Paul C. Keckley. <br />To accommodate the great number of persons present, the decision was made to <br />conduct the meeting in larger space, and on motion of Councilman Weymouth, <br />seconded by Councilman Rhodes and carried, meeting was adjourned to the <br />Veterans Memorial Building, 1455 Madison Avenue, <br />Adjourned Regular Meeting reconvened at the Veterans Memorial Building at <br />7:30 P.M. _ <br />ON ROLL CALL the following were noted present: Councilmen Dixon Arnett, <br />Mary W. Henderson, Paul C. Keckley, Herbert G. Petersen, William C. Rhodes, <br />Ray A. Weymouth, Mayor Robert H. Bury, and City Clerk Marian McCrindle. <br />Also noted present were City Manager Howard C.
