Councilmen Arnett and Keckley noted absent. <br />City Attorney offered another alternative --to continue the matter on the <br />question of adoption of the ordinance, if presence of full Council is a <br />consideration in determining whether to reopen the hearing. <br />Councilman Henderson moved to rescind previous action, and to set public hearing <br />for July 6, 1970, seconded by Councilman Rhodes.
